1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and AirSupportTeam LLC, a limited liability company with its registered office at 2825 W Main St, Bozeman, MT 59718, United States. By accessing or using airsupportteam.com (the "Site"), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Nature of the service

The Site is an independent educational publication about air travel. AirSupportTeam is not an airline, travel agency, tour operator, ticket consolidator, claims management company, insurer or legal adviser. We do not sell, issue, hold, change or cancel travel products, we do not take bookings, and we do not receive commission on any travel you purchase elsewhere.

All content is provided for general information. Airline rules, government requirements and airport procedures change frequently and vary by carrier, fare, route and nationality. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, immigration, financial, insurance or medical advice, and no content creates any right or entitlement against any airline or authority.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Site and to submit any information through it. By using the Site you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Permitted use

You may read, print and share our pages for personal, non-commercial use, and you may quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link to the original page. You may not:

• reproduce, republish or redistribute substantial portions of the Site without our prior written permission;
• use automated systems to scrape, harvest or index the Site beyond ordinary search engine crawling that respects our robots directives;
• use the Site's content to train machine learning models without a written licence from us;
• remove, obscure or alter attribution, review dates or source citations;
• present our content in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership or affiliation;
• interfere with the Site's operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or introduce malicious code;
• use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of applicable export or sanctions law.

5. Intellectual property

All text, structure, layout, graphics, logos and compilations on the Site are owned by AirSupportTeam LLC or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws. Photography is licensed from third-party providers and may not be extracted or reused separately from our editorial content. The "AirSupportTeam" name and logo are our trade marks and may not be used without written permission.

Airline names, marks and logos referenced in our guides remain the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification and factual description. Their appearance does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those owners.

6. Submissions and communications

When you send us a question, correction or other material, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it for the purposes of responding to you and improving our content. We may publish anonymised, non-identifying summaries of common questions. You must not send confidential material belonging to a third party, personal data about other people without their permission, or unlawful content.

7. Third-party links

The Site links to airline, airport, regulator and government resources. We provide those links for convenience and do not control, endorse or accept responsibility for their content, availability, accuracy or privacy practices. Always verify time-sensitive requirements — particularly entry documentation — with the official source that governs your journey.

8. Accuracy and no warranty

We take considerable care to research and review our content, as described in our Editorial Policy. Nevertheless, the Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement and uninterrupted availability.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AirSupportTeam LLC, its members, officers, employees and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, travel opportunity, missed connection, denied boarding, fare difference, accommodation cost or other economic loss arising out of or in connection with your use of, or reliance on, the Site — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site shall not exceed one hundred United States dollars (USD 100). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AirSupportTeam LLC and its personnel from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.

11. Availability and changes to the Site

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also revise content as rules change; the review date on each page indicates when it was last verified. We are not obliged to preserve any particular page or version.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The amended version takes effect when published on this page with a new revision date. Continued use of the Site after that date constitutes acceptance. If you object to a change, your remedy is to stop using the Site.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Gallatin County, Montana shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers resident in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence and to the protection of mandatory consumer law that cannot be derogated from by agreement.

14. Dispute resolution

Before commencing formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at legal@airsupportteam.com and allow 30 days for good-faith resolution. Most concerns about our content are resolved through the corrections process described in our Editorial Policy.

15. General

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours in connection with a reorganisation or transfer of the business. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Disclaimer and Refund & Cancellation Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
